I’m a dedicated mental health counsellor with over 10 years of experience in guiding individuals, families, and young people through life’s emotional and psychological challenges. My practice is grounded in empathy, respect, and the belief that meaningful change is always possible, no matter where you start.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, facing relationship difficulties, recovering from substance use, or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I offer a safe and supportive space to explore your experience and move toward healing and clarity.

My Background

Before moving to Australia, I served as the Deputy Chief Counsellor with the Ministry of Education, Bhutan, overseeing nationwide school counselling programs and leading critical incident response initiatives. I’ve delivered mental health and child protection training to hundreds of educators and supported counselling professionals across regions.

Now based in Perth, I work in community care and private practice, supporting clients with complex needs and diverse backgrounds.

* Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling – Royal University of Bhutan
* Bachelor of Education- Royal University of Bhutan
* National Certified Counsellor – Bhutan Board for Certified Counsellors
* Mental Health First Aid Training- MHFA
* Suicide First Aid-ASIST
* School Counselling Supervision Training – Ministry of Education & Edith Cowan University

Outside the Counselling Room
When I’m not working, I find joy in music, hiking, playing football and basketball, and spending time in nature. These moments help me stay grounded and connected—values I bring into every counselling relationship.
